Exercise and Diet
Initial diet and exercise recommendations.

The problems that have lead to obesity in America are
easy to define, but exceedingly hard to control. I see the
problems as:
1) Bad food is cheaper than good food.
2) We are pressured to super size the bad food.
3) No time to exercise.
My best suggestions to combat these diet problems are as
follows:
1) Eat one or more fruit a day.
2) If you must eat fast food, walk in, don't super size.
3) Break up large snack bags into small snack bags.
4) Don't drink sodas, diet if you must.
5) Reduce your serving sizes.
6) Avoid fruit juices, eat the fruit on the hoof.
My best initial exercise recommendations are:
1) Any exercise, is good exercise.
2) Try to exercise 20-30 minutes daily at the start.
3) Break the exercise up into 5-10 minute chunks.
4) Start low and go slow
5) Set realistic exercise goals
6) Keep an exercise diary
