of private insurance plans. We will be happy to

Prescription refills: Contact us with the name of the
prescription you want refilled. The pharmacy
phone number and your date of birth. Also give us
any special instructions on number of pills you want
in the bottle and number of refills. Please allow 48
hours.
Referrals for specialists and procedures: If your
insurance requires referrals and preauthorization
for specialist and procedures, please contact us in
advance. We process all routine referrals weekly
on Friday.
